The Liaison Office for Eastern European and Central Asia (EECA) of the UA Ruhr supports the Fedor Stephun Fellowships hosted by the RUB Research School, financed in part by the Zimin Foundation.

The program provides eight (8) postdoctoral fellowships for researchers from all scientific fields who were forced to leave their countries due to political persecution in regard to the ongoing war in Ukraine. The duration of each fellowship is 6 months. Each of the eight fellowships is endowed with 1,800 € per month.
