The Liaison Office Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) is the immediate partner for researchers, students and alumni of the university alliance Ruhr (UA Ruhr) interested the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. We help those seeking to initiate cooperation and support ongoing projects. We are also the first point of contact for students and professional researchers coming from EECA countries interested in the many and diverse opportunities offered by the UA Ruhr.
