The German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) invites the submission of project proposals as part of its strategy for the internationalization of education, science, and research. The aim is to strengthen Ukraine's academic landscape, foster international partnerships, and contribute to the sustainable reconstruction of the country.

Who Can Apply?
Eligible applicants include German universities, non-university research institutions, and partner institutions in Ukraine. Participation of at least one Ukrainian partner institution is mandatory.
