Call for funding: Partnerships for sustainable solutions with the countries of the South Caucasus and Central Asia

Research cooperation with the countries of the South Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia) and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) has intensified significantly in recent years, particularly in the context of the “turning point”.

1. Research on renewable and sustainable energy, including energy efficiency

2. Research on water and on climate and the environment, including climate and environmental risks and adaptation to climate change

3. Biodiversity research

4. Health research
